Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our pilots, passengers and clients. You will be responsible for fueling aircraft, moving aircraft in and out of hangars and making sure all requests made by the pilots are taken care of in a cheerful manner. Responsibilities Assist with the loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring proper logistics management. Provide top-notch customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and effective problem-solving. Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills in daily operations. To be considered for this position; applicant must interview in person. Skills Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Exceptional customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction. Experience in maintenance management for efficient workflow processes. Strong math skills for accurate measurements and calculations during maintenance tasks. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Physical capability for heavy lifting as required by the role.
