Job Responsibilities:
Lead and perform advanced troubleshooting, inspection, and maintenance on aircraft systems (airframe, engine, and mechanical components) in accordance with approved maintenance data and regulatory requirements Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards Support defect rectification, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including heavy/base maintenance checks Ensure all maintenance tasks and documentation are completed accurately in compliance with
CAAS/EASA/FAA
regulations and company procedures Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce turnaround time (TAT), and maintain high-quality standards
Job Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience, with strong exposure to base/heavy maintenance environment B1 trade background is required (Airframe & Powerplant / Mechanical systems) Proven experience in leading teams or acting as a senior/lead technician on maintenance projects Strong ability to interpret and work independently with aircraft maintenance manuals and engineering drawings Familiar with regulatory requirements (e.g.
CAAS, EASA, FAA
