This role is responsible for performing inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and system diagnostics on a variety of aircraft platforms with a strong focus on PT6-powered aircraft. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Cessna, Beechcraft, and turbine aircraft maintenance while maintaining a high level of safety, quality, and professionalism. A&P Mechanic•Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems Perform maintenance and repair work on PT6 engines and related systems Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical publications Complete inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures Remove, repair, replace, and reinstall aircraft components as required Document all maintenance performed accurately and completely Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Communicate effectively with maintenance leads, inspectors, and team members Assist with troubleshooting complex aircraft discrepancies Ensure all work meets FAA, manufacturer, and company standards
