Job Opportunity:

A&P Mechanic with IA - Keystone Aviation Group

Keystone Aviation Group is looking for a self-motivated, independent A&P Mechanic with Inspection Authorization (IA) to join our team. If you are a hands-on professional who enjoys the autonomy of managing your own workflow in a relaxed, low-stress environment, this is the perfect role for you.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and ensures that every project is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Inspections:

Perform routine maintenance, complex repairs, and annual inspections on a variety of GA aircraft.

Project Management:

Take ownership of the shop floor. You will be responsible for scheduling repairs and managing the timeline of projects from start to finish.

Estimating:

Communicate directly with clients or management to provide accurate, professional repair estimates.

Parts Procurement:

Research, source, and order the necessary parts to keep projects moving efficiently.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate, timely logbook entries and all required FAA paperwork.

Qualifications

Current FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.

Current Inspection Authorization (IA) required.

Proven experience working on General Aviation aircraft.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

A "get-it-done" attitude—you are self-driven and take accountability for your schedule and budget.
