Pay Rates:
$25 - $40/hour PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aerospace industry to hire skilled A&P Mechanics who is passionate about aircraft maintenance, safety, and quality. In this role, you'll perform critical inspections, repairs, and maintenance that ensure rotorcraft are mission-ready and operating at peak performance. What You'll Do Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on airframe and engine components. Remove, inspect, repair, and install drivetrain components. Complete major inspections, structural repairs, and basic sheet metal repairs. Read and interpret maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, and installation instructions. Accurately document maintenance activities and completed work. Safely operate hand tools and specialized aircraft maintenance equipment. Assist with post-maintenance flight tests as required. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality aircraft on schedule. Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety procedures and PPE requirements. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification . Minimum 4 years of aircraft maintenance experience performing duties related to this role. Rotorcraft maintenance experience is required. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance documentation. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Must provide your own tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience performing major inspections and structural repairs. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in a maintenance environment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and team lift up to 50 pounds . Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent kneeling, squatting, crawling, climbing, bending, and reaching. Excellent manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail. Ability to safely work in a manufacturing and aircraft maintenance environment while wearing required PPE. Ready to Keep Aviation Moving? Pay Details:
