Job Description
OneSparQ is looking for a Commercial Service Technician in
Orange, CA Required Skills :
5-8+ years of experience in fire alarm, access control, camera systems, and intrusion systems in a commercial environment ACE Card (Alarm Company Employee Registration Card) Additional Skills (not required): NICET certification Scissor or boom lift certificationSystems:
- intrusion: Bosch, DNP, Honeywell
- fire: Firelite, SilentKnight, Notifier, some Bosch
CCTV:
Hanwha, Avigilon, Genetec, Openeye, Eagle Eye, ExacqVision- access: Brivo, DNP, Lenel, SoftwareHouse, Genetec certified in Genetec, Lenel, or SoftwareHouse is a plus
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, service, and resolve issues with fire, intrusion, CCTV, and access control systems in a commercial environment Communicate effectively with customers and the office regarding service needs and updates throughout the day Order necessary parts and maintain accurate inventory of parts and equipment in the company vehicle Service approximately 3-5 locations on site each day Participate in a rotating on-call schedule that varies by team #Nash Pay:
