Job Description

Fire Alarm Service Manager
FIRE ALARM EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Applicants must have previous fire alarm industry experience and a strong working knowledge of fire alarm systems. Your résumé must clearly show your fire alarm experience to be considered for this position. This is an office-based position responsible for assisting fire alarm customers, coordinating service calls, and scheduling technicians to troubleshoot and repair fire alarm systems.
Responsibilities:
Answer calls from fire alarm customers. Discuss system troubles and service needs with customers. Use fire alarm knowledge to determine the type and urgency of service required. Schedule and dispatch technicians for troubleshooting and repairs. Prioritize emergency and urgent service requests. Coordinate technician schedules, locations, and workloads. Create and maintain accurate service tickets and customer records. Communicate appointment times and service updates to customers. Follow up on completed and pending service calls. Coordinate parts, return visits, and additional repairs when necessary. Maintain communication between customers, technicians, and management.
Required Qualifications:
Previous fire alarm industry experience. Knowledge of fire alarm systems, panels, devices, signals, and common trouble conditions. Ability to understand customer-reported issues and communicate accurate information to technicians. Strong customer service, communication, scheduling, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple service calls and prioritize urgent situations. Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Pay:
$53,687.75 - $64,656.21 per year
