Low Voltage Security/Fire Technician Specialist

Workflow is important to us as we must navigate our customers' needs on a daily basis so strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Intrusion Alarm, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Video Surveillance and cabling experience are

REQUIRED.

Candidate should be skilled in the installation, testing, maintenance and inspection of all components associated with low voltage security systems. Candidate shall have the ability to use test equipment; diagnose and troubleshoot problems and perform new installations with minimal supervision on your own. Candidate shall have the ability to install, test and configure systems such as Honeywell/Vista Series panels, DSC and Alarm.com; Firelite/Silent Knight and Starlight Fire alarm systems; IP video surveillance cameras; commercial access control systems such as Kantech, and Atrium. This position is located throughout the North Florida/South Georgia Area. Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Install and program new fire alarm, security systems, CCTV & Access Control
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with all the above
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance as well as test and inspect on fire alarm systems
• Monitor inventory of service parts on your vehicle
• Carrying/using ladders
• Run wire for any of our jobs
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be reliable and punctual at all times
