We are looking for a highly skilled technician with experience on all vehicle makes and models, including electric vehicles, and who is comfortable performing structural repairs using dedicated bench/jig systems. Requirements (Mandatory) Minimum 5 years of collision repair experience Current I-CAR training/certification required Experience repairing all makes and models (Domestic, Asian, and European) Experience with dedicated bench/jig systems (Car-O-Liner, Celette, or similar) Experience repairing electric and hybrid vehicles Ability to read and follow OEM repair procedures Strong structural and non-structural repair skills Welding and panel replacement experience Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications I-CAR Platinum Individual OEM certifications or manufacturer training (Tesla, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, Nissan, Genesis, FCA/Stellantis, etc.) Aluminum repair experience Knowledge of ADAS-related repair requirements Responsibilities Perform body, structural, and frame repairs according to OEM procedures Complete repairs using dedicated fixture/jig systems Repair electric and hybrid vehicles safely and correctly Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards Communicate repair procedures and documentation as required Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Consistent workload Modern equipment and repair environment Career growth opportunities Ongoing training and development About Certified Collision Crafters We are a growing OEM-focused collision repair facility dedicated to performing safe, quality repairs while delivering exceptional customer service.
