Amer-Tech Collision is a busy, family-owned collision repair shop serving the Wilmington area for over 40 years. We are looking for an experienced A or strong B-level technician who can produce quality work and stay productive in a steady workflow environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Collision repair from teardown to pre-paint Structural and non-structural repairs Work with estimators to keep jobs moving efficiently

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years experience in collision repair A or strong B-level skillset Own tools Reliable transportation I-CAR certifications are a plus We're not a production mill— we focus on quality repairs on nice vehicles and keeping our techs consistently busy without burnout.
