IMPORTANT

This is an hourly paid position, NOT a commission-based job . We are looking for a skilled professional who can consistently produce quality work and be part of our long-term team.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on auto body repair experience. Ability to perform complete vehicle disassembly and reassembly. Experience with body filler work, panel repair, and panel replacement. Knowledge of structural repairs and frame-related work. Ability to identify damage and complete repairs with minimal supervision. Must have own basic tools. Welding experience is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Vehicle disassembly and reassembly. Collision damage repair. Structural and non-structural repairs. Body filler and panel preparation. Panel replacement and alignment. Welding and fabrication when required. Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
