Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and be proficient in various automotive repair techniques. This role involves restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs. Conduct auto estimating to assess damage and determine repair costs. Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs. Repair or replace auto glass as required. Execute welding tasks for structural repairs and modifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and customer expectations. Skills Proficiency in automotive repair techniques with a focus on auto body repair. Experience with soldering, welding, and using various hand and power tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during the repair process. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess damage accurately. Good communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
