In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing vehicle aesthetics and protection through expert tinting, wrapping, and applying Paint Protection Film (PPF). Your expertise will help elevate the customer experience by delivering high-quality finishes and ensuring vehicles look their best while providing long-lasting protection. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive customization, surface preparation, and finishing techniques to showcase their craftsmanship in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Duties Apply window tint films with precision, ensuring even coverage and optimal heat rejection while adhering to safety standards. Install vehicle wraps and graphics using surface preparation, masking, sanding, and surface cleaning techniques to achieve seamless results. Cut, shape, and fit Paint Protection Film (PPF) on various vehicle surfaces to prevent scratches and chips while maintaining aesthetic integrity. Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, spray guns, and airless paint sprayers for surface preparation, painting, coating, and finishing tasks. Perform auto body refinishing tasks including buffing, sanding, polishing, and detailing to restore or enhance vehicle surfaces. Conduct vehicle maintenance procedures such as minor repairs, auto restoration work, and surface preparation to ensure quality outcomes. Follow safety protocols including proper use of respiratory protection when working with paints or coatings; maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with customers to understand their customization needs and provide expert advice on tinting options and protective coatings. Qualifications Proven dealership or automotive shop experience in tinting, wrapping, or PPF installation is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools, power tools, grinders, and spray guns. Knowledge of automotive buffing, auto body repair, surface preparation masking, sanding techniques, and auto painting processes. Familiarity with automotive surface preparation standards for painting and refinishing projects. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large vehicle panels or materials. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship in every project undertaken. Good customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively about technical processes and options. Certifications in auto body repair or related fields are a plus; willingness to learn new techniques is essential. Minimum 5 years of experience
