Full Job Description Auto Body Technician Pay:

$120,000-$160,000 per year

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 6:45 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Team-Based Commission Pay Plan About the Opportunity We're seeking a motivated Auto Body Technician to join a high-performing collision repair operation. This position plays an important role in the repair process and requires a combination of collision repair, body work, mechanical, and prep/finish skills . We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing safe, high-quality repairs and works well as part of a team. Experienced technicians are encouraged to apply. Candidates with a strong automotive or mechanical background who are looking to grow their collision repair career may also be considered. Duties Perform minor collision and body repairs Repair and replace damaged vehicle parts Complete filling, priming, and prep work Perform vehicle reassembly Complete suspension repairs Perform light automotive mechanical repairs Read and follow OEM repair procedures Perform steel, aluminum, and spot welding Utilize frame rack equipment and repair procedures Repair and replace restraint and SRS systems Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work collaboratively with other technicians throughout the repair process Required Valid driver's license Ability to work Monday through Friday from 6:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Ability to lift and manage parts weighing more than 50 lbs Ability to squat, kneel, bend, stand, and perform the physical requirements of collision repair work Must provide your own hand and power tools; larger shop equipment is provided Strong work ethic, accountability, and integrity Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience 2 to 5+ years of collision repair or auto body experience is preferred for the highest compensation range. Candidates with less direct collision experience may also be considered if they have a strong automotive or mechanical background and the aptitude and desire to learn. Compensation $120,000-$160,000 per year Compensation is based on experience, skill level, performance, and the applicable team commission pay structure.
