Joe's Body Shop is a family-owned, independent repair facility that has served the community since 1958. We are not a DRP or part of a large corporate chain; our focus is on delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced collision repair technician who takes pride in their work and can operate independently. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in collision repair, the ability to assess repair needs, and the motivation to get started without hesitation. We value individuals who want to be part of a small, dedicated team and enjoy a positive, supportive work environment. We offer hourly pay, a four-day work week, benefits, and a friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities include:

Preparing vehicles for body repair Repairing body damage on all makes and models Performing work according to factory specifications Verifying parts against estimates to ensure proper repairs Maintaining a clean and safe work area If you're an experienced collision technician looking for a stable, customer-focused workplace, we'd love to meet you.
