Fiberglass Technician/ Trainee VIP Staffing - 3.6 Rio Rancho, NM Job Details Temp-to-hire | Contract $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Paint mixing systems Material mixing Laminate materials usage Full Job Description VIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Fiberglass Technician for a leading organization in Rio Rancho, NM This is a Full Time Temp to hire Opportunity Schedule is Mon-Friday 7am-3:30 pm Pay is $18 per hour As a Fiberglass Technician you will: Perform fiberglass and composite repairs on aircraft components to ensure structural integrity. Apply wet lay-up techniques using epoxy resins and fiberglass or carbon cloth. Utilize tooling and fixtures to facilitate accurate and effective repairs. Assist with pre-preg, vacuum bagging, and spray painting tasks as needed. Ensure all repairs meet stringent quality and safety standards.
