Schedule:

Full Time 5-day work week including rotating

Saturdays Pay Range:

$19-$24/hr What you'll do: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding body shop repair services Build strong relationships with customers by providing top-tier service and clear communication Accurately assess customers' needs and manage repair expectations Communicate effectively between customers and the collision repair team to ensure timely updates Maintain and update repair order records using our internal systems Coordinate repair workflow from intake to delivery Ensure all processes meet or exceed customer satisfaction and company standards Assist with additional tasks as needed within the body shop What we're looking for: Prior experience working in a dealership, body shop or similar setting preferred 100% commitment to customer satisfaction Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently and take initiative Experience with CDK/ADP is a plus Valid NYS driver's license required What we offer: Competitive hourly wage Weekly pay Health, dental and vision benefits 401k Career development A professional team-oriented work environment Employee discounts Take the next step in your career with Joe Basil Chevrolet- where you're not just an employee, you're family!
