•Collision Repair & Paint We are seeking a skilled and motivated Combo Technician to join our collision repair team. This position is responsible for performing both body repair and refinish/paint work on damaged vehicles while maintaining high-quality standards, efficiency, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Perform collision body repairs including metal work, panel replacement, dent repair, filling, sanding, and structural repairs Prepare vehicles for paint including masking, priming, blocking, and final prep Mix and apply paint, basecoat, and clearcoat to manufacturer standards Color match and blend adjacent panels when necessary Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed during the repair process Operate frame machines, welders, paint equipment, and other shop tools safely and efficiently Inspect completed repairs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and shop policies Communicate effectively with estimators, management, and team members regarding repair status and additional damage Qualifications Previous experience in collision repair and automotive refinishing Ability to perform both body work and paint/refinish tasks independently Knowledge of repair procedures, paint systems, and OEM standards Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus Preferred Skills Experience with frame and structural repairs Knowledge of modern vehicle materials and repair methods Ability to complete repairs from teardown through final paint Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent workflow Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and training If you take pride in producing high-quality collision repairs and paint work, we'd like to hear from you.
