Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Automotive Collision Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a well-equipped shop environment, auto body repair, and collision damage correction. The ideal candidate will have experience with welding, and mechanical repairs, and possess a strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results. Prior dealership experience and familiarity with auto estimating are a plus. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about automotive repair and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Repair and restore vehicles damaged by collisions or other incidents, including body panel replacement and realignment Conduct welding tasks such as MIG welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication to repair or replace damaged parts Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for disassembly, assembly, and reassembly of vehicle components Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks as needed to ensure optimal operation of repaired vehicles Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines while maintaining safety standards I-CAR Certifications needed Will help the right person relocate Skills Extensive background in auto body repair and collision work Proficiency in MIG welding, welding, soldering, and sheet metal fabrication Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and vehicle maintenance Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and auto body repair equipment effectivel Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repair procedures Knowledge of auto estimating software and customer service principles is advantageous Mechanical experience including assembly, detailing, and general automotive repair skills This position offers a challenging yet rewarding environment for automotive professionals committed to craftsmanship and excellence.
