This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs. Perform body repairs including welding, dent removal, and panel replacement.. Use power tools safely and effectively for various repair tasks. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive repair techniques. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair or related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in auto collision repair. Proficiency in using power tools and equipment relevant to auto body work. Ability to weld and perform detailed repairs on various vehicle types. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Prior experience in insurance collision repair necessary. McClinton Auto Collision has an immediate opening available for a full-time auto body technician.
