Responsibilities Perform automotive collision repairs, including structural realignment, sheet metal work, and frame straightening using specialized tools and equipment Conduct auto body repairs such as dent removal, panel replacement, and automotive cosmetic refinishing to restore vehicles' appearance and integrity Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and other welding repair techniques to ensure strong, durable repairs on vehicle frames and panels Fabricate and modify parts using fabrication repair techniques, working with sheet metal and automotive parts to meet precise specifications Operate power tools, sanding tools, airless paint sprayers, and other equipment for auto painting, sanding, detailing, and finishing work Install automotive parts such as glass, trim, bumpers, and other components with attention to safety standards and quality control Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high standards of automotive repair quality and customer service Qualifications Proven experience as an automotive body technician or collision repair specialist; dealership experience is a plus Strong knowledge of auto body repair processes including auto restoration, automotive dent repair, and sheet metal work Skilled in MIG welding, welding repair techniques, soldering, and fabrication repair methods Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems for effective diagnostics and repairs Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, sanding equipment, automotive welding equipment, and auto painting tools Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail with a focus on automotive cosmetic repair and refinishing standards Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repair progress and outcomes Join us in transforming damaged vehicles into masterpieces!
