The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive diagnostics, repair, and customer service, with the ability to accurately assess vehicle damages and prepare comprehensive repair estimates. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where technical expertise and excellent communication skills are essential for success. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine repair needs Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair procedures, costs, and timelines Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure timely completion of repairs Assist in upselling additional services such as vehicle maintenance, tire service, alignments, and suspension repairs Manage service writing documentation and ensure all work orders are complete and accurate Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and explaining repair processes clearly Experience Proven dealership experience or automotive service management background preferred Strong auto estimating skills with knowledge of collision repair procedures Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and various repair specialties including transmissions, oil changes, brake repair, shocks & struts, air brakes, diesel engine repair, alignment, suspension, tire service, and automobile sales Experience in auto body repair or as a service technician is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell additional services effectively Prior experience in auto service management or auto sales will be considered an asset This position requires a professional who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possesses a comprehensive understanding of automotive repairs and estimation processes. Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
