At Hudson Ford Collision Center , we're looking for an experienced Auto Body Metal Technician who takes pride in precision repairs, quality craftsmanship, and bringing damaged vehicles back to pre-accident condition. What You'll Do As an Auto Body Metal Technician, you'll play a critical role in restoring vehicles safely and accurately while delivering quality repairs that exceed customer expectations. Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs Repair and replace damaged body panels and components Analyze vehicle damage and determine proper repair procedures Perform sheet metal repairs, panel replacement, and alignment work Work from repair plans and manufacturer repair procedures Conduct parts inspections and inventory for collision repairs Monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion Maintain accurate repair documentation and repair orders Properly utilize and maintain body shop tools and equipment Collaborate with estimators, painters, and production teams to deliver exceptional results What You'll Bring 2+ years of collision repair or auto body metal technician experience 2+ years of hands-on experience with structural repairs, panel replacement, welding, and frame repair Strong knowledge of body shop tools, equipment, and repair procedures Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Why Join Us?
