AUTO BODY PAINTER / REFINISH TECHNICIAN

We are a busy, locally owned collision repair shop looking for someone who takes pride in their work and produces high-quality repairs.

Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicles and panels for refinishing Sand, mask, prime, seal, and prep vehicles for paint Mix and match automotive paint colors accurately Perform color tinting and blending when needed Apply basecoat and clearcoat Inspect finished repairs for color match, coverage, texture, and overall quality Correct paint imperfections when necessary Properly maintain spray guns, equipment, and paint supplies Keep the paint department clean, organized, and safe Follow proper repair procedures and manufacturer specifications Work efficiently with the body technicians and production team

What We're Looking For:

Previous professional automotive painting/refinishing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Experience with color matching and blending Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a busy collision repair environment Valid driver's license
