Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Window Tint Contractor to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who specializes in automotive tint, commercial/residential tint, or both. You will work on a project basis with flexibility and independence while representing a reputable and fast-growing brand.
Compensation:
Earn 20%-25% per job, depending on the project scope, complexity, and type (automotive vs. commercial)

Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality window tint installations on vehicles and/or commercial properties Ensure clean, precise application with attention to detail Maintain a professional appearance and customer interaction Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines Communicate clearly with management regarding scheduling and job status
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive and/or commercial window tinting Ability to work independently as a contractor Own tools and equipment preferred (or discuss availability) Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Professional attitude and communication skills Preferred (Not Required): Experience with PPF or vinyl wraps Existing client base or portfolio of work How to
