Sayer CDJR, Sayer Nissan, and BMW of Idaho Falls About the Role Sayer Auto Group is seeking an experienced PPF (Paint Protection Film) and Window Tint Applicator to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in our dedicated detail/protection bay at the Sayer CDJR location, where you will handle high-quality installations for vehicles across all three of our premium dealerships. Key Responsibilities Professionally install Paint Protection Film (PPF), and high-end window tint on new and pre-owned vehicles Perform full vehicle wraps, partial PPF packages, and custom tint applications Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, surface preparation, and post-installation quality checks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the PPF/Tint bay Collaborate with sales, service, and detailing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences Stay current with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices for PPF, tint, and coatings Qualifications Proven experience as a PPF installer and/or professional window tinter (minimum 2+ years preferred) Strong portfolio of previous installations (photos or references highly encouraged) Expertise with premium PPF brands (XPEL, 3M, LLumar, etc.) and high-quality tint films Attention to detail and ability to deliver showroom-quality results consistently Ability to work independently while maintaining high production standards Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude Bonus Skills (a plus): Certification or training from major film manufacturers What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + performance-based incentives Steady volume of work from three busy dealerships (new & used vehicles) Access to premium tools, materials, and a dedicated installation bay Opportunities for ongoing training and certification Paid time off, and employee vehicle purchase programs Supportive team environment with room for growth within the Sayer Auto Group Pride in working for a locally owned and growing multi-franchise dealership group
