WINDOW TINT SPECIALIST A & A

Kansas City, MO Pay:

$18.00-$30.00+ per hour, based on experience and skill level A & A Royal Auto Trim is looking for an experienced, dependable Automotive Window Tint Specialist to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can consistently produce clean, professional tint installations. If you know how to properly prep glass, shrink film, make clean cuts, and install tint without bubbles, contamination, scratches, or excessive edges, we want to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Install automotive window tint on cars, trucks, SUVs, and specialty vehicles Install front door windows, rear windows, quarter glass, and windshields/eyebrows Properly prep and clean glass before installation Heat-shrink film and form tint to curved automotive glass Perform clean, precise film cuts Maintain proper edges and coverage Remove old window tint when required Inspect completed installations for bubbles, debris, scratches, peeling, or other imperfections Rework or correct installations when necessary Protect vehicle interiors during installation Keep tint area, tools, and equipment clean and organized Follow shop procedures and quality-control standards Provide professional customer service Assist with other shop duties and automotive accessory installations as needed

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required:

Previous automotive window tint experience Ability to install tint independently Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality Professional appearance and attitude Ability to safely work around customer vehicles Preferred experience: Carbon and ceramic window film Windshield tint Sunroof tint Tint removal High-end/luxury vehicles Large SUVs and difficult rear windows Plotter/CAD-cut tint systems Automotive detailing or interior work

WHAT MAKES A GREAT CANDIDATE?

We're looking for someone who can look at a finished tint job and say: "I would put my name on that." Quality matters here. We don't want someone who is simply trying to get cars in and out. We want a technician who understands that clean work, proper installation, and customer satisfaction come first. PAY $18.00-$30.00+ per hour Pay will be based on: Tinting experience Installation skill Film knowledge Speed and efficiency Quality of finished work Reliability and dependability Experienced tint specialists may qualify for higher compensation.

SCHEDULE

Monday-Saturday | 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Full-time position preferred.
