Overview Experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer Velvet Auto Care - Kansas City, MO Full-Time | Experienced Installer Velvet Auto Care is growing, and we are looking for a top-tier, experienced Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our team. This is not an entry-level position . We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on PPF installation experience who is confident taking on everything from partial-front packages to complex full-body PPF installations . What We're Looking For The right candidate is a skilled installer who takes pride in clean, professional work and can operate independently without needing constant supervision.

You should be experienced with:

Full-body PPF installations Full hoods and fenders Front and rear bumpers Mirrors and complex curves Rocker panels and lower body panels Doors, quarter panels, trunks and liftgates Removing and reinstalling necessary trim/components when appropriate Pre-cut patterns and plotter-cut film Bulk installation techniques Proper stretching, alignment and edge wrapping Minimizing lift lines, fingers, contamination and exposed edges Final inspection and quality control What We Expect We are looking for someone who is: Minimum 3 years professional PPF installation experience Self-motivated and a self-starter Dependable and punctual Detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Able to maintain a clean and organized installation environment Focused on quality rather than rushing through vehicles Comfortable working on luxury, exotic and high-value vehicles Willing to continue learning and improving their craft A team player who wants to grow with the company About Velvet Auto Care Velvet Auto Care is a growing automotive appearance and protection company serving the Kansas City area. Our shop provides professional installation equipment, plotter capabilities, installation tools and a clean environment designed for high-quality film work. Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level. We are willing to pay for the right installer. Compensation will be discussed based on your experience, installation capabilities, speed, quality and ability to complete advanced/full-body PPF projects.
