Discover a more connected career A successful Fleet Services Specialist shall assist with administration of vehicle operation program by performing various fleet tasks including upfitting, decaling, auditing, inspecting, and transporting company vehicles, trailers, and equipment. At a minimum, the position requires the ability to travel for extended periods of time; a good working knowledge of DOT regulations; proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software with emphasis on Microsoft Office; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data; ability to pass a DOT physical. What you'll do Completion of high level tasks in support of an assigned department/project. Completion of low level labor intensive tasks in support of an assigned department/project. Completion of daily production reports to document work performed. Read, interpret, and input data in support of an assigned department/project. Additional Duties as assigned. What you'll need Prior work related experience. Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.) Proficient in the use of hand tools and equipment. (Wrenches, Drills, Ladders, Lanyards, Fork Lifts, Saws, etc.) Authorized to work in the United States. Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
