Join the Team at National Trailer Source National Trailer Source is hiring a Trailer Mechanic / RV Technician at our Atkins, AR location. We're looking for a dependable, hands-on professional who takes pride in quality work, values teamwork, and has strong mechanical aptitude. After more than 20 years as competitors, NRS Trailers and P&P Trailer Sales merged to form National Trailer Source , the premier horse and livestock trailer dealership network in the United States. With 10 locations across Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arizona, Florida, and Arkansas, we're focused on providing customers with the very best trailer buying and ownership experience — from sales to service to nationwide delivery. What You'll Do As a Trailer Mechanic, you'll inspect, diagnose, and repair all types of trailers and RVs, ensuring safety and top performance for every customer unit.
Typical work includes:
Diagnose and repair 12-volt trailer wiring systems Service and replace brake, suspension, and running gear components Perform routine maintenance and inspections on trailers and
RVs Install:
Electric trailer brake units Gooseneck hitches and towing equipment Truck accessories and trailer add-ons Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What You Bring Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with trailer systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Preferred Experience Prior experience in trailer, RV, or equipment service Knowledge of braking systems, axles, and suspension components What We Offer Competitive pay.
