Monday-Friday, Day Shift About the Position We are looking for an Automotive Service Technician to help service and repair wheelchair-accessible vehicles and mobility equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, solving problems, and helping customers. You will receive training on the company's equipment and systems. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues Inspect wheelchair-accessible vehicles and mobility equipment Install and service equipment such as platform lifts and wheelchair docking systems Explain repairs and equipment to customers in an easy-to-understand way Document repairs and complete required paperwork Make sure all work is completed safely and correctly Keep up with new products, equipment, and repair procedures Work with customers and team members to make sure jobs are completed on time Perform other technician duties as needed What We're Looking For Valid driver's license required Basic automotive or mechanical experience preferred Electrical experience is a plus Welding or fabrication experience is a plus ASE certification is preferred but not required High school diploma or GED preferred Must have your own tools Strong communication and customer service skills Good problem-solving skills Reliable and detail-oriented Willing to learn and be trained

Pay:

$24.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
