Job Description
$3,000 Hiring Bonus We're a busy independent shop looking for a skilled mechanic who's strong on diagnostics to join our team. You would need to accurately diagnose and repair across most vehicle systems and take pride in clean, reliable work, we want to talk. ASE certification is a plus, not a requirement. We work on gas and light-duty vehicles (no diesel). What you'll do Perform diagnostic checks and pinpoint issues across vehicle systems Handle general repairs and routine maintenance Document work clearly and communicate findings to the service advisor Keep your bay clean, organized, and safe What we're looking for 3+ years of professional auto repair experience Solid diagnostic ability — can troubleshoot with minimal supervision Reliable and detail-oriented Valid driver's license and clean driving record ASE certification a plus Pay & benefits $26-$36/hr , based on experience $3,000 hiring bonus Paid vacation Employee discount Professional development assistance
