We service BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, and Land Rover, and we're built on a simple idea: dealership-level work without the dealership runaround. We're investing in factory-level diagnostic equipment, OEM and quality parts, and a clean, well-run shop. Now we're looking for the technician who makes all of that count. The Role We're hiring an experienced European Auto Technician to join our founding team. You'll handle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair across our core brands, and as one of our first hires, you'll have a real voice in how the shop runs from day one. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues on European vehicles
• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and performance work to factory standards
• Use factory-level scan tools and diagnostic software to pinpoint problems accurately
• Communicate findings clearly to service staff so customers understand their repairs
• Keep your work area organized and maintain the quality standards our reputation depends on Requirements
• Dealer-trained or master-level experience on European vehicles
• Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with factory scan tools (ISTA, XENTRY, ODIS, PIWIS, or similar)
• Your own professional tool set
• Valid California driver's license
• Strong work ethic and pride in doing the job right the first time Preferred
• ASE Master certification or factory brand certifications
• Experience with performance upgrades and modifications What We Offer
