We offer a supportive work environment and the opportunity for advancement. The successful candidate will have previous experience with auto-related troubleshooting, knowledge of auto parts and service tools, and the ability to complete routine maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities As an Entry Level Automotive Technician, you will help drive the continued success of Valvoline Express Care by providing reliable and impeccable preventive maintenance service. You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, evaluating their needs and performing maintenance to keep their vehicle serviced and safe on the road. Evaluate customers' needs, working quickly and efficiently Perform automotive preventive maintenance such as changing oil, checking and refilling other vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers Contribute to a fun team atmosphere Become an expert in our products, services, and a growing company Maintain a clean and safe workplace Requirements You are friendly and ready to work as part of a customer-focused team We prefer some experience in retail or a service industry - no automotive knowledge needed Have effective interpersonal, oral communication skills Have an eagerness to learn You can lift up to 50 pounds Must be 18 years of age or older and available to work weekends Have full mobility and the ability to work with your hands above your head Can stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs
