We are looking for a skilled and motivated Auto Technician to join our team. Position Summary The Auto Technician is responsible for performing accurate diagnostic services, repairs, and maintenance on customer and dealership vehicles while maintaining high safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Complete services such as brakes, suspension, engine repair, electrical, A/C, and drivability.
• Accurately document work performed and recommended services.
• Communicate findings and repair needs to Service Advisors.
• Follow manufacturer repair guidelines and dealership processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Use OEM and aftermarket scan tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs.
• Participate in ongoing training and certifications. Qualifications
• 2+ years automotive technician experience with Acura / Honda.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Honda / Acura OEM or ASE certifications preferred (not required).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with repair orders, warranty procedures, and flat-rate systems. Benefits
