Pay:

$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

Full-time, on-site We are hiring Level 3 Vehicle Operators to support autonomous-vehicle operations in San Diego. This role involves driving 4-8 hours per day, completing basic software and vehicle-readiness tasks, documenting observations, providing feedback to engineering teams, and supporting vehicle maintenance and logistics.

Available Shifts Day:

6:45 AM-3:15

PM Night:

3:45 PM-12:15 AM Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday Weekend shifts receive a 5% differential. Shifts beginning at 1:00 PM or later receive an additional 2%, for a total 7% differential on weekend nights. Basic Qualifications MUST be Tech Savvy and type 45wpm Valid California driver's license At least three consecutive years of U.S. driving licensure with no gaps Clean driving record Comfortable driving for extended periods in different traffic conditions Basic vehicle knowledge and ability to complete daily safety checks Comfortable using smartphones, computers, software, and mobile applications Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to complete documentation and provide accurate operational feedback Willing to complete a background check, MVR review, and drug screening Required Submission Documents To be considered, applicants must provide: Current résumé with complete employment dates Clear pictures of current and expired driver's licenses proving at least three consecutive years of licensure Typing-test screenshot showing at least 45

California DMV driving-history reports are not accepted as proof of three-year licensure. Applicants must provide pictures of their current and previous/expired licenses showing continuous licensure with no gaps.
