Jeeps Only is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Santa Clarita. We are Los Angeles' only dedicated Jeep repair, maintenance, and upgrade shop—and for more than 25 years, we have built our reputation on exceptional workmanship, honest communication, and high-level customer service. Pay:

$33-$43 per hour , based on experience, diagnostic ability, productivity, and overall fit.

Working Conditions:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. No Weekends! 40 hr week, no mandatory overtime. 2 lifts per technician. Who We're Looking For This position is a strong fit for a technician with approximately 2+ years of professional repair/maintenance experience . You do not have to be a Jeep enthusiast when you start—although you may become one—but you should take pride in quality repairs, continuous learning, and being part of a team that cares about doing things right.

You should be someone who:

Has hands-on automotive repair and maintenance experience. Owns a complete set of basic professional technician tools and a tool chest. Shows up on time, ready to work, every day. Has reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Works well with other technicians, service advisors, and management. Takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, organized work area. Follows repair procedures, communicates clearly, and pays attention to details. Wants stable, predictable income rather than constantly chasing the next job. Appreciates a positive work environment built on respect, accountability, and teamwork. Is motivated to improve diagnostic, repair, maintenance, suspension, steering, drivetrain, and upgrade skills. What You'll Work On As a Jeep-focused repair and upgrade shop, our work goes beyond routine oil changes and general maintenance. Depending on your experience level, you may perform or grow into work involving: Routine maintenance, inspections, brakes, cooling systems, and drivability repairs. Suspension, steering, alignment-related repairs, and lift-kit installation. Axles, differential service, gearing, drivetrain, and 4WD system repairs. Electrical diagnosis and repair. Engine, transmission, and transfer-case service and replacement. Jeep-specific maintenance, repair, off-road upgrades, and customer build projects. Thorough inspections and clear documentation to help our team provide excellent customer service. We are willing to train the right technician.
