In this energetic role, you will utilize your mechanical expertise and technical proficiency to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicle systems. Your passion for automotive repair will drive you to ensure every vehicle leaves our service center in optimal condition, providing safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced diagnostic tools and cutting-edge automotive technology in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems including powertrain, electrical, suspension, and transmission. Conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including engine repairs (gasoline and diesel), transmission system repairs, suspension system repairs, and alignment services. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to accurately troubleshoot electrical systems such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and automotive electrical systems. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to execute repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Service GM vehicles and other makes/models by performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake replacements, tire rotations, and vehicle inspections. Repair vehicle suspension systems, alignments, and wheel balancing to ensure optimal handling and safety. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Experience Proven dealership or automotive repair shop experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Hands-on experience with automotive electrical systems, schematics interpretation, and the use of diagnostic tools. Mechanical knowledge across various vehicle components including engines (gasoline/diesel), powertrain systems, transmissions, and suspension systems. Familiarity with automotive wiring diagram interpretation and troubleshooting complex electrical issues. Experience working with vehicle maintenance schedules and performing routine inspections on diverse vehicle makes/models. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment. Strong customer service skills combined with technical proficiency to deliver high-quality repairs in a timely manner. Join us in driving excellence!
