Do you consistently flag high hours and solve the problems other techs can't? Are you ready to make $100K+ in a stable, well-run independent shop? We are a 50-year family-owned independent repair facility looking for a high-level Master Technician / Lead Diagnostic Tech to join our team.
Compensation:
Up to $50 per flat rate hour Guaranteed hourly minimum Hourly guarantee + performance commission Realistic $100,000+ earning potential for the right technician Yearly retention bonuses If you can produce, you will get paid.

Monday-Friday No Weekends —
Ever What We Need:
Advanced electrical diagnostic expertise (REQUIRED) Strong mechanical diagnostic skills (A MUST) Experience on all makes & models, including European vehicles Ability to handle complex drivability and electrical issues Team mindset with leadership qualities Large personal tool inventory (we provide specialty tools) Valid driver's license Must be able to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record check) Reliable transportation
Training & Employment Terms:
30-day training period 60-day probationary period
