40+ flagged hours per week Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics with minimal supervision. Diagnose and repair electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and brake systems. Perform programming and module-related diagnostics. Utilize factory scan tools, Launch, Autel, Snap-on, and manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment. Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections using Mitchell 1/Bolt On. Document repairs and diagnostic findings in Mitchell 1. Maintain high-quality workmanship with low comeback rates. Qualifications 8-10+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred. Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills. Programming experience preferred. Self-starter who works independently. Experience servicing European, Domestic, and Asian vehicles. Dealer or independent repair experience accepted. ASE Certifications preferred. B+Level Technician Pay:
$25- 35/hr (Hourly or Flat Rate Depending on Experience / Skills)
