Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Mechanic A Level to join our dynamic automotive service team. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately. Repair and overhaul powertrain components including transmissions, diesel engines, and other mechanical systems. Conduct vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacement, brake repairs, suspension system repairs, and wheel alignments. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to execute repairs efficiently and safely. Interpret technical schematics and service manuals to troubleshoot complex issues on various vehicle makes, including GM vehicles. Lead auto body repair tasks when necessary and assist in auto estimating processes for repairs. Develope your technician team. Ensure all repairs meet dealership or industry standards while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of all work performed and communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair status. Support the training of junior mechanics by sharing expertise in automotive diagnostics, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), air brake systems, and heavy equipment mechanics. Adhere strictly to safety protocols during all repair activities to promote a safe working environment. Experience Proven experience with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance. Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, suspension systems, brakes, tires, shocks & struts, and diesel engine repair. Hands-on experience working with schematics for troubleshooting complex mechanical issues. Demonstrated proficiency in automotive diagnostics using modern diagnostic tools and software. Familiarity with ADAS technology, air brake systems, auto estimating procedures, and auto body repair is highly desirable. Prior experience working with heavy equipment mechanics or in a fast-paced automotive service environment preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by excellent customer service skills to ensure positive customer interactions.
