Role:

Puddle Pools is looking for a motivated Pool Service Technician to join our growing team in beautiful Destin, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in the pool service industry with competitive pay, a company truck, and fully paid training provided.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, vacuuming, and skimming residential and commercial pools Test and balance water chemistry including chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer levels Inspect and service pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to customers and management Manage a scheduled service route efficiently and professionally Ensure all work meets safety standards and local regulations

Requirements:

Prior pool service, maintenance, or repair experience preferred but not required — paid training provided Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn pool systems and equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow service checklists Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and perform physical tasks
