What You'll Do Sell wheels, tires, suspension, lift kits, accessories, and maintenance services Build estimates and explain recommendations professionally Answer phones, respond to online leads, and greet walk-in customers Follow up on estimates and convert leads into sales Coordinate with technicians to keep jobs on schedule Maintain excellent customer satisfaction Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom What We're Looking For Automotive service advisor or sales experience preferred Tire and wheel knowledge is a major plus Strong communication and closing skills Computer proficiency and ability to multitask Positive attitude and team player Reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation Competitive hourly pay Monthly performance bonuses Commission with uncapped earning potential Paid training Career advancement opportunities Why Join Tires2Go?
