Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication in English and Spanish about vehicle issues, repair processes, and service recommendations. Schedule appointments, manage workflow, and coordinate with technicians to optimize shop productivity. Provide accurate cost and time estimates, explain technical details in layman's terms, and handle billing. Proactively recommend maintenance services (e.g., oil changes, brake inspections) while respecting customer preferences and budgets. Resolve concerns, manage follow-ups, and maintain detailed records of interactions and repairs. Qualifications Fluency in English (Spanish a plus) (written and spoken). 3+ years of experience in automotive service advisement, customer service, or related roles. Foundational knowledge of automotive systems/repairs (ASE certification or technical training is a plus). Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skill.
