Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lane Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing tire services and vehicle maintenance tasks, ensuring that all vehicles meet safety and performance standards. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive service techniques, along with the ability to work efficiently with hand tools and equipment. Responsibilities Perform tire services including installation, rotation, and balancing. Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake inspections, and fluid checks. Utilize hand tools to align and maintain vehicles effectively. Diagnose mechanical issues and provide solutions as needed. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety standards. Assist in sales by providing customers with information about services offered. Experience Previous experience in tire service or automotive maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools and automotive service equipment is essential. Experience working in a dealership or similar automotive environment is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot vehicle issues effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
