European Vehicle Technician - Diagnostic Specialist (Mercedes-Benz Experience Required) Eurotech German Car Service - Winter Park, FL For 35 years, Eurotech German Car Service has been Winter Park's trusted independent specialist for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, Porsche, and MINI. We've grown on word-of-mouth by fixing cars right the first time. We're looking for a technician with strong diagnostic skills who takes pride in solving the problems other shops can't. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair complex electrical, drivability, and network/communication faults on late-model European vehicles, with a focus on Mercedes-Benz Use factory-level and aftermarket scan tools, scopes, and wiring diagrams to find root causes and avoid parts-swapping Perform maintenance, mechanical repairs, and module programming/coding Document findings clearly in the digital inspection and repair order so our advisors can explain the work to clients Work with a professional team that values quality, accountability, and continuous training

What We're Looking For Required:

Proven Mercedes-Benz diagnostic and repair experience (dealer or independent) 3+ years as a European vehicle technician Strong electrical diagnostic skills, including CAN/LIN networks, lab scope use, and wiring schematics Experience with XENTRY/DAS or comparable Mercedes diagnostic software ASE certifications preferred; Mercedes-Benz factory training a plus Own professional-grade tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good communication with advisors and teammates What We Offer Monday-Friday schedule.
