Produce timely and detailed service reports and repair logs Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols Requirements Critical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues Strong working knowledge of heavy equipment machinery, hydraulic, electrical, and other systems, and their components Ability to communicate with team and management members. Ability to write detailed service reports to effectively communicate required information for jobs
