What You'll Get:

Hourly Rate is $19.50 + median incentive is approximately $432/month, varies based on job performance

Sign-on Bonus:

$3,000 ($1,500 paid at 180 and 360 days of employment)

Educational Background:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Professional Experience:

Entry level position with no required experience Preferred prior experience with automotive repair (personal or professional)

Knowledge:

Must be able to perform vehicle repairs with oversight Ability to use shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools

Additional Notes:

Must have tools to perform necessary repairs Minimum tools needed for the job. 3/8" and ½" impact wrench Sockets wrench
