Looking for more than just another front-office job? Hollis Bros AutoWerkz is looking for an organized, dependable, and customer-focused person to become the right hand to our Lead Service Advisor . This is a hands-on position with a real opportunity to learn the automotive service business and grow into a Service Advisor career. What You'll Do You'll help keep our front office and daily workflow running smoothly by: Assisting with parts ordering, receiving, and verifying parts Managing loaner vehicle check-outs and returns Shuttling customers and moving vehicles when needed Answering phones and assisting customers Supporting our Lead Service Advisor throughout the day Keeping the front office, customer lounge, and restroom clean and professional This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day position. We're looking for someone willing to jump in wherever needed to help us deliver a white-glove customer experience. Who We're Looking For You should be great with customers, organized, dependable, positive, and able to multitask.
