We offer an excellent schedule, guaranteed hours, union benefits, and the opportunity to earn additional weekly income in our flat-rate shop. What We Offer Competitive pay - up to $44.00/hour, based on experience 4-day workweek - four 10-hour days 3 days off each week No weekends 40-hour pay guarantee Union position with full benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Pension $500 annual tool allowance Flat-rate shop with the opportunity to earn a weekly bonus State labor time paid on all warranty repairs New building with all-new equipment What You'll Do As a Ford Commercial Technician, you'll diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford commercial vehicles while providing the level of workmanship our customers expect from Weber Ford. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical concerns, performing maintenance and repairs, completing vehicle inspections, documenting repairs accurately, and working with our service advisors and commercial service team to keep customers' vehicles on the road. What We're Looking For We're looking for experienced automotive, truck, fleet, or commercial vehicle technicians with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ford experience is preferred but not required , and qualified technicians currently working for another manufacturer, fleet operation, dealership, or independent shop are encouraged to apply.
